On April 1st 2023 at 5:54am UTC, our Mimiga Specialists were notified of a major security vulnerability within our servers. The situation is currently being assessed and contained.

It is believed that a foreign 3rd-party actor has accessed and modified critical services of HareSpace hosting.

It is unknown if any data was compromised.

To best serve the security of our clients and their customers, HareSpace has made the difficult decision to freeze the following activites:

- New Account creation on the HareSpace site.

- All E-Commerce purchasing on all HareSpace sites with E-Commerce enabled. Customers may add items to cart but cannot checkout or make payments.

HareSpace users who already have an account may still login and access their Site Builder Portals. All other features of E-Commerce like inventory management and order fufillment are still available, however no new orders will come in until HareSpace unfreezes E-Commerce purchasing.
